Only received one of my 4 boxes. Had to get ahold of customer service just to receive. Customer service was nice and helpful but it affects my business when things like this happen I make alot of tables and this delays my shipping. I just hope it dont happen again.

The legs were beautiful and really complimented the table top. The threaded hardware worked perfectly. I've had very mixed success with threaded inserts in the past, but these installed square and sat flush-worked perfectly.

The inserts and bolts worked great. Very easy to install and very sturdy. This entryway bench is one of four projects (two more benches and a console table) I have in store. I look forward to finishing the others soon!

Best threaded insert. 8mm brad point pre-drill, impact driver them in, done. No deformation of the inserts with using a driver even on very hard North American woods.
