LOCAL PICKUP

Pickup at our warehouse is available from 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM (Monday - Friday, lunch break 12 PM - 1 PM). 

Please leave a note on your order or email us to schedule window hours for pickup so that we can better prepare the package.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIME

1) Free shipping items

Most of our products qualify for FREE SHIPPING and will be clearly marked as "Free Shipping" on the product page.

2) LTL freight items

Some larger items require LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight shipping. We’ve marked these products as "LTL Trucking" on the product page. 

3) Shipping rates (Currency: USD)

- Shipping cost is generated at the checkout gate based on the customer's location.

4) Delivery time

**Note: This turnaround time excludes Weekends and Holidays.

CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
